Jayaram Srinivasan is responsible for the overall Performance and Profitability of FrontalRain. He sets the strategy and direction to ensure sustainable growth of the business.
Jayaram comes with over 22 years of experience in developing business applications for large and medium enterprises. Prior to founding FrontalRain, Jayaram worked with SAP Labs India as Vice President in Product Development for Supply Chain Management Solutions. Jayaram has led several large development programs over 14 years in SAP in the area of supply chain management. He is the co-author of the book "Managing Innovation from the Land of Ideas and Talent - 10 year success story of SAP Labs India". Jayaram holds Master's degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Operations apart from being certified by APICS (CPIM) and SCOR.
Jayaram believes in positively surprising customers with excitement by coming up with new ideas and in setting new value. Jayaram's interests in sports include squash and running marathon.
As a Founder and Director, Ravi is responsible for the overall technology strategy at FrontalRain. Ravi ensures simplicity, affordability and stability of the solutions delivered from FrontalRain.
Ravi comes with over 20 years of experience in solving complex technology problems of international and domestic customers. Prior to founding FrontalRain, Ravi worked with SAP Labs India for about 10 years as Vice President Technology Development in Cloud applications for the mid-market customers. Ravi has a Master's degree from Bradley University in USA with specialisation in Computer Science and he worked with several multinational companies like Caterpillar and John Deere before moving to India.
Ravi has a keen interest on technology and he is passionate about delivering intuitive and cost effective technology solutions which has a wide appeal in the market. Ravi has immense confidence that technologies like mobile and smart devices can play a key role in transforming the lives of rural population in India. Ravi's other interests include playing racquet ball and taking still photography.
As a Founder and Director, Sreeram is responsible for creating new markets, products and customers at FrontalRain. At FrontalRain, Sreeram is responsible for the Products and Solutions strategy and he ensures this by working intensely with customer communities.
Sreeram comes with over 17 years of experience in product and business development expertise. Sree worked in SAP for 12 years and as Vice President Business Development for consumer products industry and during this period he worked closely with several large multinational food, commodity trading and agribusiness companies. Sree brings a wealth of experience about agribusinesses from his interactions with international companies like Cargill, Fonterra, BAT, Caterpillar, Ford and several Indian companies like Hindustan Unilever, ITC Foods, Mother Dairy and Dabur.
Sree did his BTech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Mumbai and is passionate about Agri Supply chains. Sree firmly believes that technology will be the key to achieve the second green revolution in India. Sree's other interests include yoga, meditation and Art of Living.

Mark co-founded Omnivore Partners while working as Executive Vice President (Strategy & Business Development) at Godrej Agrovet, one of India's foremost diversified agribusiness companies.
At Godrej Agrovet, Mark was responsible for corporate strategy, M&A, R&D, and new business incubation. He served as a Director on multiple joint ventures, including Godrej Seeds & Genetics Limited, Godrej Gold Coin Aquafeed Limited, and Likwely (Uruguay) SA.
Mark joined Godrej Agrovet from Syngenta, where he managed initiatives in corporate venture capital, emerging markets strategy, and business portfolio planning. He began his career as a strategy consultant with PFM.
Mark earned his BA (Honors) from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School, from which he graduated as a Baker Scholar.
Jinesh co-founded Omnivore Partners in 2010. Previously he was Vice President and CFO at Nexus Venture Partners, one of India's leading early stage venture capital funds. At Nexus, Jinesh led investments in Sohan Lal Commodity Management (grain warehousing), Mobile2Win (mobile VAS), and Mistral Solutions (defense technologies).
Jinesh earlier served in Finance roles with Datamatics (leading Treasury/M&A), Patni Computers (initiating the IPO process), and HCL Technologies (founding the BPO business).
Jinesh is a Chartered Accountant with a B.Com from R A Poddar College and an MMS (Finance) from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).
